This version is designed to operate in Airlines, up to 19 passengers on board. This version might be used in numerous missions:

• Passenger / mix transport operations (especially operating in extreme conditions: short runways, hot temperature, high elevation airstrips, icing conditions, airfields with no infrastructure / GSE, airfields surrounded by mountains)
• Commuter air transportation to inaccessible regions

COMBI is mixed version of passenger and cargo. It can be also mixed with medical and paratroop version depending on operation profile, without any special equipment.
Seats can be folded any time and cabin space is used for cargo or mixed transportation.
M28 cabin in connection with rear cargo door allows to transport very nonstandard load (up to 7,5m) for example helicopter rotor blades, long drills for petrol companies etc.
For loading can be used hoist or external ramps provided as kits with cargo restraints systems for both heavy and light loads.
COMBI is designed to perform the following missions:

• Airline tourism to transport tourists to distant, inaccessible islands / regions or workers to e.g. drilling platforms (Oil / gas / mining industry), taking some cargo on the way back
• Cargo drop operations, or mixed, up to 19 passengers on board
• Commuter air transportation to inaccessible regions

It’s great to do long distance flights heavily loaded.
With payload of 2 349 lb (1 066 kg) M28’s range reaches up to 1596 km (862 NM) without refueling. Complete loading of the aircraft (passenger / cargo) at high temperatures.

M28 can be equipped in a highest standards interior for 6-8 VIP transportation. This version includes high class entertainments system, sound proofing system, exclusive galley, toilet, comfortable stairs and is designed according to specific customer requirements.

• Commuter air transportation to inaccessible regions

It is perfect for cargo / mix transport companies (especially operating in extreme conditions: short runways, hot temperature, high elevation airstrips, icing conditions, austere airfields / GSE, airfields surrounded by mountains) to carry different types of cargo (boxes, loose or, when liquid, in special container inside the fuselage or in barrels).
Cargo hoist on board make loading and unloading easy and fast, with no need for external source of power (e.g. in case of airfields in the jungle) and everything supported by roller floor for cargo drop in the air.
Maximum cargo load is 2300 (including 300kg in under fuselage luggage pod if installed).

This configuration allows transporting and dropping up to 17 paratroopers and it includes special benches with seat belts as well as gate and signaling system.
Except paratroop operations, aircraft can be also used to drop cargo pallets if roller floor is installed.

This version can be equipped with PJRS (Parachute Jumper Rescue System) to save lives of paratroopers stuck while dumping.

This version is designed to safe and sustain people’s lives while transporting injured passengers to the closest hospital.
M28 MEDEVAC configuration (6 stretchers plus 8 seats - benches from paratroop version) in connection with rear door allows very quick and easy boarding and embarking injured persons.
This version might be used in numerous missions:

• Flying medical staff / flying ambulances
• Medical Evacuation
• Humanitarian Aid
• Relief missions after natural disasters

Standard medevac configuration can be also modified to Flying Ambulance configuration with two advanced stretchers and medical equipment as a respirators, cardiograms etc.

SAR is designed to search and rescues operations and it features the Maritime Surveillance System installed onboard. The system is EASA certified only, not FAA certified. The system is designed for detection of surface objects at the distance of up to 220 km from the airplane, recording and storing of information and parameters of tracked targets.

• Border surveillance (illegal immigrants, drugs trade, smuggling, etc.)
• Protection of customs and fishery territories
• Protection of the country’s economic territory
• Environmental protection services (GOV or NGOV entities that research / monitor environment, detection of oil slicks contamination)
• Relief missions after natural disasters

MPA is designed to perform maritime patrol operations.
This version might be used in numerous missions:

• Border surveillance (illegal immigrants, drugs trade, smuggling, etc.)
• Protection of customs and fishery territories
• Protection of the country’s economic territory
• Environmental protection services (GOV or NGOV entities that research / monitor environment, detection of oil slicks contamination)
• Relief missions after natural disasters
• The most typical M28 maritime configuration includes 360 search SAR/ISAR radar, FLIR camera, AIS and rescue equipment, however M28 is flexible to install various mission equipment and number of operating consoles depend on mission need.

Depending on tanks, flight parameters and equipment configuration aircraft is capable to perform 6-8hours of maritime patrol.
In practice M28 is a cost effective Civil/Military certified platform with capability as medium size MPA aircraft.
