COMBI is mixed version of passenger and cargo. It can be also mixed with medical and paratroop version depending on operation profile, without any special equipment. Seats can be folded any time and cabin space is used for cargo or mixed transportation.
M28 cabin in connection with rear cargo door allows to transport very nonstandard load (up to 7,5m) for example helicopter rotor blades, long drills for petrol companies etc.
For loading can be used hoist or external ramps provided as kits with cargo restraints systems for both heavy and light loads.
COMBI is designed to perform the following missions:
- Airline tourism to transport tourists to distant, inaccessible islands / regions or workers to e.g. drilling platforms (Oil / gas / mining industry), taking some cargo on the way back
- Cargo drop operations, or mixed, up to 19 passengers on board
- Commuter air transportation to inaccessible regions
It’s great to do long distance flights heavily loaded.
With payload of 2 349 lb (1 066 kg) M28’s range reaches up to 1596 km (862 NM) without refueling. Complete loading of the aircraft (passenger / cargo) at high temperatures.
