Ethics

Lockheed Martin's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct is a set of principles guiding how the Corporation operates. This document is also an expression of Lockheed Martin's fundamental values, which are ethics and compliance with the law. The Lockheed Martin’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct has been in force at Polskie Zakłady Lotnicze Sp. z o.o. since 2015.

The Code applies to all PZL Mielec employees at every organizational level. Integrity,  building trust, showing respect are the core values, representing the framework for decision-making and being the basis for building employee relationships.  Each employee of PZL Mielec is required to comply with the Code’s principles.

Ethics, integrity and fairness in relations with the Corporation's customers, suppliers, shareholders and competitors is a collective obligation and responsibility of all employees of the Corporation.
